Spare Parts
Maintaining equipment availability and minimizing downtime is crucial
Our spare parts and response efficiency ensure that any spare part request is available in the shortest possible time, thus minimizing downtime.
The company's spare parts mainly include wear-resistant wetted parts such as flotation cell impellers and stators, air distributors, and agitation tank impellers, as well as wear-resistant liners for mills and magnetic arcs.
Process Optimization & Recovery Improvement
Technical Value-Added Services
The company is committed to providing high-quality equipment and high-level value-added service support. After over six decades of development, the company has established a highly experienced after-sales service team dedicated to ensuring the reliable and continuous operation of on-site equipment.
Leveraging its technological R&D strength, advanced laboratory systems, hydrodynamic testing methods, iteratively updated products, and digital platform technology, the company provides high-end, energy-saving, and intelligent after-sales service support for existing equipment that has already been put into use.
Energy-Saving Retrofits & Upgrades
Providing Energy-Saving Upgrade Services for Drive Systems
The traditional belt drive method for flotation cells and agitation tanks can be upgraded to a gearbox drive or a permanent magnet direct drive (PMDD) solution. The retrofit and upgrade are plug-and-play, allowing for quick replacement during routine maintenance shutdowns. The modification difficulty and cost are controllable, with a short return on investment period. We provide an overall value-added service that integrates energy saving, intelligence, and high-end features. The new patented drive technology can simplify and optimize the equipment structure, significantly save energy, markedly reduce equipment failure points and maintenance difficulty, achieve intelligent and differentiated speed adjustment, and result in better process flow indicators.
Currently, the company offers three drive methods for flotation equipment: belt drive, gearbox drive, and rare-earth permanent magnet direct drive. Each of the three solutions has its pros and cons, as shown in the table below:
Belt Drive Gearbox Drive Permanent Magnet Direct Drive
Motor Type
Agitation Mechanism
Advantages Easy installation, adjustable speed ratio, strong full-load starting capability Compact structure, high transmission efficiency, suitable for large speed ratio conditions Steplessly adjustable speed
Disadvantages Low transmission efficiency, limited transmission ratio Difficult on-site maintenance of the gearbox, high cost for small flotation cells, speed ratio cannot be adjusted after selection High cost, difficult on-site maintenance, requires a frequency converter
  • Tailored Design of Permanent Magnet Motor
Given the characteristics of the hollow shaft of an aerated mechanical stirring flotation cell, which needs to admit high-temperature, high-pressure air, and the fact that the main shaft is a long cantilever shaft operating under harsh and complex conditions (forces, vibration, temperature), the company has conducted extensive research on permanent magnet direct drive solutions since 2010. We have a deep technological reserve and have obtained an invention patent for "A drive device for a flotation cell and a flotation cell having the same" (Patent No. ZL201010119150.6).The agitation mechanism of a permanent magnet direct drive flotation cell includes a permanent magnet motor, a small crossbeam, an adapter plate, a main shaft, a froth cone (if any), and an impeller. The permanent magnet motor and the flotation cell main shaft are connected by a flange. The agitation mechanism of a permanent magnet direct drive agitation tank includes a permanent magnet motor, an adapter plate, a main shaft, and an impeller.
  • Equipment Operating Power Consumption and Maintenance
Under the same operating conditions, the permanent magnet direct drive solution typically has the lowest operating power consumption, followed by the gearbox drive, while the belt drive having the highest energy consumption.
The permanent magnet direct drive solution saves 3%-25% more energy than the belt drive solution, and it has fewer failure points and maintenance components, resulting in lower maintenance costs. The permanent magnet direct drive flotation cell enables precise speed control, which is crucial for optimizing process indicators as it can be tailored to the specific properties of different ores and the requirements of agitation and flotation operations. Furthermore, its compatibility with integrated intelligent control systems significantly enhances overall process optimization capabilities
