Backed by extensive engineering application experience on an industrial scale, combined with laboratory-scale CFD simulation and 3D-PIV flow field testing, we achieve an organic integration of flexible impeller-stator systems with process requirements and equipment. Intelligent and differentiated service life designs are also available as options.


In terms of flexible design, various impeller-stator system structures are matched to different scenarios, such as operating conditions, process flows, and ore fluctuations. These include the KYF-DBFlow (D-Double inverted cone, B-Backward-inclined blade, Flow-low pressure head, large flow), KYF-ArcFlow (Arc-upward jet from a curved surface impeller, Flow-low pressure head, large flow), and KYF-EnergyFlow (Energetic-enhanced structure with a large height-to-diameter ratio, Flow-low pressure head, large flow). These systems improve the mineral processing indicators for both single machines and the entire circuit.New impeller-stator systems like KYF-ArcFlow and KYF-EnergyFlow have been widely applied in copper, molybdenum, gold, lead-zinc, and ilmenite mines with excellent results.

In terms of intelligent design, the BGRIMM-MAT impeller-stator system uses online wear detection technology to achieve real-time life monitoring and precise maintenance, allowing for more planned shutdowns.The intelligent impeller-stator system has been successfully applied to models such as Jiangxi Copper Sizhou's HIF-680, Tibet Julong's HIF-680, Jilin Dheishan's HIF-680, Chengde Shuanglong's KYF-130, Western Copper's HIF-100, and Zibo Hongda's CLF-30, with excellent performance.


In terms of wear-resistant design, we apply the concept of equal-life design to provide impeller-stator systems with differentiated service lives. For scenarios requiring ultra-wear resistance or high acid resistance, we can match various wear-resistant solutions, including TIPTOP dry-process rubber, LINATEX-equivalent wet-process rubber, polyurethane, all-ceramic, and rubber-ceramic composite materials. These solutions can significantly increase wet abrasion resistance by several times, reduce equipment maintenance rates and labor intensity, and greatly improve equipment availability.

Tailor-made wear-resistant solutions have been applied in special conditions such as coarse particle abrasion or high acidity at Yichun Tantalum-Niobium Mine, Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine, Yunxi Datun Tin Mine, Shandong Shengtai Ilmenite Mine, and Kuancheng Yunji Phosphate Mine, effectively resolving on-site operational pain points.


In terms of manufacturing process, the steel framework of the impeller-stator is welded according to the AWS D1.1 international standard Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). The stators for large flotation cells can be of a split-type reinforced composite design for easier maintenance.The rubber lining for small and medium-sized impeller-stators is mass-produced using a molding process, while the lining for large impeller-stators is custom-made using a hot vulcanization process.
