The company initiated research on magnetic liners in 1987, establishing itself as one of China's earliest institutions in this field. The rubber-metal magnetic liner it developed subsequently passed the technical appraisal organized by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation in 1992Through continuous optimization and improvement of the liner's magnetic materials, magnetic system parameters, and mechanical structure, the HM series magnetic liner was awarded the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award in 2002 and was named a National Key New Product for Promotion in the same year.

The HM series magnetic liner is suitable for mills processing ferrous, non-ferrous, and precious metal ores containing ferromagnetic
This liner replaces traditional high-manganese steel liners, utilizing high-gradient magnetic field technology to adsorb minerals or grinding media, forming a stable, self-protecting wear-resistant layer.

lLong service life, 4-6 times that of high-manganese steel liners;
l Low maintenance cost, 25-40% of that of high-manganese steel liners;
lSmall single-block volume, easy installation, maintenance-free, increasing mill availability by 3-4%;
l Lightweight, reducing mill load and lowering power consumption by 4-7%;
l Thin, increasing mill volume and enhancing mill throughput;
lAdsorbs broken media on the liner surface, improving grinding conditions and reducing media consumption by 5-7%;
l l No bolts on the shell, preventing slurry leakage and extending the life of components like the shell and gears.
Technical Performance Parameters

The vertical mill can be fitted with various types of wear-resistant liners such as magnetic liners, grid liners, and polyurethane liners, all with good interchangeability.
Magnetic liners can significantly extend service life under specific operating conditions; grid liners have excellent hardenability with nearly uniform hardness from core to surface and an impact toughness of up to 6.5J/cm2; polyurethane liners help maintain a larger effective equipment volume.
