Intelligent Zinc Stripping Process Control System
The Intelligent Zinc Stripping Process Control System is applied to the zinc stripping production line, providing intelligent control for processes such as pre-opening, main stripping, plate rejection and replenishment, plate washing, stacking, weighing and coding, shoveling, and zinc stack transport for the zinc sheets attached to the cathode plates. The system is mainly composed of seven hardware parts: MCC electrical cabinet, PLC cabinet, host computer, solenoid valves, local operation box, sensors, and image recognition device. It adopts the latest artificial intelligence control technology to achieve high-efficiency zinc stripping and unmanned operation.
