The Flotation Process Control System consists of the BFPC Basic Flotation Process Control system, the BFVS Froth Vision System for optimized control, and the BEHM Equipment Health Monitor system. The BFPC system includes functional modules for flotation level control, airflow rate control, bearing temperature monitoring, automatic reagent addition, online pH monitoring, and motor control center. The BFVS system includes modules for froth image acquisition, an image processing workstation, and flotation optimization expert software. The BEHM system consists of three parts: sensors, a data transmission device, and an equipment monitoring and diagnostic platform. Users can flexibly choose the configuration scheme according to their actual needs. This system can be used with all series of flotation cells.
