LFC Type Flotation Cell
The LFC system is a small-scale flotation device designed for laboratory batch tests and exploratory experiments. Its dimensions are 600×350×860 mm, with a tank volume selectable between 0.25-3.0 L. The main shaft is made of stainless steel, the tank is made of plexiglass, and the froth launder bracket is made of aluminum alloy. It can accurately simulate the core process of mineral flotation, meeting the needs of small-batch sample separation.
Applications:
This system is mainly used for batch tests and exploratory experiments in laboratory settings. By adjusting key parameters, it can provide experimental data for mineral amenability analysis, preliminary research and development of new flotation reagents, and initial exploration of flotation processes. It can also assist in teaching mineral processing engineering majors in universities, helping students understand basic flotation operations and the influence of parameters.
