The magnetic coagulation water purification equipment is a high-efficiency water treatment solution. It adds magnetic seeds to the conventional coagulation and sedimentation process. These seeds act as coagulation nuclei, mixing with pollutants under optimal hydraulic conditions to rapidly form high-concentration and high-density composite flocs. These flocs can complete the sedimentation process in a very short time, quickly purifying the water. It can effectively remove suspended solids, COD, total phosphorus, and ammonia nitrogen, providing high-quality effluent. The magnetic seeds are recovered by a magnetic separator and recycled. Compared to traditional coagulation and sedimentation processes, the magnetic coagulation water purification equipment has advantages such as short hydraulic retention time, high sedimentation efficiency, small footprint, and low investment.
