XCF Flotation Cell
Traditional aerated mechanical stirring flotation equipment lacks the ability to self-prime slurry, thus requiring a stepped configuration where middlings must be returned by froth pumps, resulting in complex concentrator processes and high infrastructure investment or renovation costs
To address this, BGRIMM has developed the XCF air-forced mechanical flotation cell with pumping function, which integrates slurry suction and mineral flotation capabilities. It is usually combined with KYF flotation cells to form a combined unit, enabling the horizontal configuration of aerated flotation cells and effectively reducing investment and maintenance costs. Currently, the volume of this model ranges from 0.2 m³ to 200 m³
Applications:
It is widely used for the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals .It is mainly suitable for concentrators with a daily processing capacity of less than 10,000 tons or for cleaning operations in large-scale concentrators; it is also suitable for the technical upgrading and renovation of existing concentrators, featuring low investment and quick results
