Addressing the characteristics of micro-fine minerals, such as light weight, large specific surface area, and increased apparent viscosity and yield stress of the slurry, the technical approach of "high-turbulence mineralization + low-load froth transport" was proposed, leading to the development of the WXF series micro-fine particle flotation cell.



Applications:

This equipment is mainly used for the separation of micro-fine particle minerals in fields such as non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, rare metals, and non-metallic minerals. Specific applications include flotation purification of micro-fine gold, silver, copper, and lead-zinc ores; desulfurization and impurity reduction of micro-fine iron and manganese ores; and impurity removal and purification of non-metallic minerals. It is especially suitable for micro-fine mineral processing scenarios that require high separation precision and recovery rates.

    Adopts a fractal impeller and a stator-enclosed structure, which can generate a high-intensity and uniform stirring flow field, preventing the agglomeration of micro-fine mineral particles.
