he CLF type flotation cell is an equipment specially designed for coarse particles, with excellent flotation capability for unconventional particle sizes and high-density minerals.This equipment is mainly used for separating non-ferrous, ferrous metals, and chemical raw materials. It is suitable for the separation of coarse particle sizes, while also being able to handle fine particle sizes.Flotation cells with a volume of 40m³ or less are equipped with a suction tank, allowing for horizontal configuration between flotation operations, which eliminates the need for froth pumps for middlings return.lotation cells with a volume above 40m³ use a stepped arrangement.Over 500 units are currently in industrial application, with equipment volumes ranging from 2 to 40m³.



Applications:
The CLF aerated coarse particle flotation cell is designed for the separation of coarse-grained non-ferrous, ferrous, and non-metallic minerals that require a large or sensitive airflow rate.Suitable for the flotation of unconventional particle sizes and high Sepcific Gravity minerals, such as copper slag, zinc slag, cyanidation tailings, coarse-grained phosphate, pyrite, quartz sand, lepidolite, and graphite, among others.

    The new impeller-stator system and its brand-new slurry circulation method can achieve effective mineral suspension at a lower impeller peripheral speed.

    Coarse-grained minerals are mineralized smoothly in the middle of the tank, while the circulating slurry returning to the impeller has a low concentration and fine particle size. This is beneficial not only for coarse particle flotation but also for fine particle flotation.

    The tank is equipped with a stabilizing grid, which provides a stable transport zone for mineralized bubbles. This helps the mineralized bubbles attached to coarse-grained minerals to float up, greatly reducing the detachment rate between coarse-grained minerals and bubbles.

    Due to the low impeller peripheral speed and the low concentration of the circulating slurry returning to the impeller, the wear on the impeller and stator is greatly reduced, and power consumption is low.
