GJM Impeller/Rod Stirred Mill
The impeller/rod stirred mill is an energy-saving and high efficient wet attrition scrubbing equipment design for attrition scrubbing with media and ultra-fine grinding. It achieves over 30% energy savings compared to conventional horizontal ball mills and offers a protective scrubbing function for minerals with special properties.Mainly composed of a drive unit, single or multi-tank body, and multi-impeller agitation device. The interaction between impellers drives the pulp and medium into turbulent motion, achieving scrubbing and ultra-fine grinding. Qualified minerals are discharged through the discharge device, typically in an open-circuit grinding process.
Applications:
Impeller/rod stirred mills can be used for media scrubbing and ultra-fine grinding of non-metallic minerals, providing customers with fine particle size, narrow size distribution, pollution-free, and high-purity concentrate products.Recommended optimal particle size range: feed F80=400μm, product P95=2μm.The GJM stirred mill has an installed power of 15-500kW, volume of 1-50m³, and capacity of 5-600t/d.
