GCX Media-free Scrubber
The media-free scrubber is an energy-saving and efficient media-free scrubbing equipment, mainly composed of a motor, reducer, tank, and blade-type stirring device.High-concentration slurry enters the attritioner scrubber, where solid particles are vigorously agitated by the stirring device. This action can scrub off attached contaminants, fine particles, and oxide films from the surfaces, realizing powerful material scrubbing, desliming, and polishing.The GCX media-free attritioner scrubber has a flexible tank arrangement, usually configured with two, four, or six tanks to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Applications：
The media-free attritioner scrubber can be used for scrubbing and desliming before the separation of clay-containing minerals, or in processes such as lime slaking, secondary pulping of filter cakes, separation of sand from cemented minerals, mineral surface polishing, soil washing, and mixing cement and slurry for backfilling mined-out areas.The GCX media-free attritioner scrubber has an installed power of 5 kW to 220 kW, a volume of 0.5 m³ to 30 m³, and a processing capacity of 10 t/d to 800 t/d.
