The RTGX series permanent magnet high-intensity magnetic separator is a permanent magnet drum high-intensity magnetic separator. It generates a strong magnetic field on the surface of the separation drum through a permanent magnet squeeze magnetic circuit to separate weakly magnetic minerals.Currently, the main specifications of the RTGX series permanent magnet high-intensity magnetic separator include a separation drum diameter of 400 mm to 800 mm and a separation drum length of 1200 mm to 1600 mm.



Applications：

It is used for the separation of weakly magnetic minerals with a particle size of 0-20 mm, such as ilmenite, chromite, garnet, hematite, siderite, and limonite, with a magnetic field strength of over 1T. It can also be used for iron removal from various non-metallic minerals.
