PVM Type Permanent Magnet Vertical Ring High Gradient Magnetic Separator

The PVM permanent magnet vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator is a permanent magnet upgraded product of the pulsating electromagnetic vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separator. Its magnetic source is a permanent magnet, requiring no additional excitation power supply or independent cooling device. Compared with electromagnetic products, its operating power consumption is significantly reduced, and the equipment reliability is improved. The specification range of this type of equipment is φ500 mm to φ2000 mm.



Applications：

(1) It is suitable for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand, kyanite, feldspar, kaolin, zircon sand, sillimanite, andalusite, potassium feldspar, rutile, and fluorite.(2) It is also suitable for the wet enrichment of magnetic minerals such as hematite, specularite, limonite, vanadia-titania magnetite, manganese ore, and cobalt ore.
