GCG Type Electromagnetic Induction Roller High-Intensity Magnetic Separator

The GCG electromagnetic induction roller high-intensity magnetic separator is a dry electromagnetic high-field-strength magnetic separator. Its magnetic field intensity can reach 22,000 Gs, and it can separate minerals with a specific magnetic susceptibility range of 1.9×10⁻⁷ to 7.5×10⁻⁶ m³/kg. It is mainly available in two configurations: single-channel double-roller and double-channel four-roller.



Applications：
It is mainly used for the purification of non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand, beach sand, kyanite, and diamond, and can also be used to separate weakly magnetic minerals including hematite, ilmenite, manganese minerals, and garnet.
