NLCT Series External Magnet Drum Magnetic Separator

The NLCT series external magnet drum magnetic separator changes the traditional separation mode of permanent magnet drum separators. The magnetic system is located outside the separation drum, and the ore is separated inside the drum.


Currently, the external magnet drum magnetic separator has been serialized, with a separation drum diameter of 1000 mm to 1500 mm and a separation drum length of 2000 mm to 3600 mm

Applications：
It is suitable for the wet pre-selection of strongly magnetic and moderately magnetic minerals such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, and vanadia-titania magnetite with a particle size of less than 30 mm; the wet pre-selection of mixed iron ores with strong to medium (or weak) magnetism; and the reprocessing and recovery operations of tailings such as magnetite and vanadia-titania magnetite.
